I’m heading out for the aforementioned cruise this morning, so the blog will be on a bit of a break until January 5th or so. Have a Merry Christmas, Happy Channukah and a Happy New Year!

So today is my last day as Development Coordinator at Starlight Children’s Foundation. In honor of this occasion, I thought it would be fun to look back – reminisce, if you will – on some of the more interesting things that have occurred here the past two and a half years:
One of the activities that I plan on doing during the Summer of Scott is going to the gym more. Being that I figure I will need as many excuses as possible to leave my apartment during the Summer, so as not to go stir-crazy, last week I joined the Gym of Buckhead, which is a huge upgrade over my apartment complex’s gym that I currently use. With my membership came a free Personal Training session, which I decided to take advantage of this afternoon.
I have officially made my decision and will in fact be moving to Washington DC next year to receive my Global Master of Business Degree at George Washington University. While there were many factors that I considered when I made this decision, it pretty much all came down to the fact that GWU offered the coolest title for degree recipients. While the majority of business school students become Masters of Business, I will become a Global Master. In essence, I will be the equivalent of Warren Buffet. More details to be revealed shortly…
Long Story Short: I’m going on a cruise over New Years and am trying to sneak on copious amounts of liquor. I have many ideas.
Short Story Long: Over the past couple of years, I have been adopted, I guess you can say, by my friend Mark’s family. If they were Jewish, they would say that I am Mishbucha. His grandparents invited me to Italy with them over Thanksgiving last year and earlier this year, for his dad Mark Sr.’s, 50th birthday, I was invited to ride upon a Mardi Gras float with the family. There was also a celebration in Atlanta with Mark Sr. during the SEC championship last year that I am not allowed to discuss in a public forum, but that is neither here nor there. So this holiday season, I have once again been invited to travel with the family, this time on a Western Carribean cruise, on the NCL – Norwegian Spirit.
